Our Story
Our Story
We are Brooklyn's smallest and mightiest full-service film and digital lab. We started developing film in a basement in August, 2020 and moved into our Marcy Ave store in January 2021. Since then we've developed over 150,000 rolls of film for tens of thousands of clients.
Our mission is to keep film photography affordable and accessible for photographers here in Brooklyn and beyond as well as providing comprehensive digital services to our community.
We're A Store, Not A Startup. Our photo lab is run by real people and you can always talk to a human if you have questions. As the business owners, we are involved in every aspect of day-to-day operations. We take customer service and quality control seriously. If you have a complaint, we will personally resolve it.
We do not participate in "influencer marketing" and we do not engage in membership or club-based business models. We believe in offering everyday low prices and we believe that reviews, endorsements and testimonials should always be earned-- never paid for.
We will always prioritize people over profits. That's our promise to you.
